We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join the General Counsel's team of a Government entity based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and experience in contract and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial legal advice to the Government entity on various matters.
  • Review and draft commercial contracts and agreements.
