Job Expectations

We're looking for skilled lawyers with expertise in project finance and development to join our team. These professionals will collaborate with us to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  1. We've successfully supported project financing deals, such as power and water assets in Abu Dhabi.
  2. Our team has also provided procurement and contract expertise for clients in KSA, with remote work from UAE.
  3. A notable assignment involved advising and negotiating EPC, O&M and other related infrastructure contracts for an oil & gas client in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements

  • Lawyers must hold at least four years' PQE in a top-tier law firm, specialising in project finance or project development.
  • Recent in-house experience is preferred, particularly in corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities.
  • Middle Eastern experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Candidates should be proactive in managing their careers and leveraging available support.
  • They should be familiar with the unique aspects of being a legal consultant and willing to adapt.
  • A successful candidate has a strong professional network, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • A valid practising certificate is essential for practicing as a lawyer in the region.
