We are seeking a skilled Bellman to join our dynamic team at The First Group Hospitality. As a Bellman, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their luggage and transportation needs are met.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with their luggage, and providing information about our hotel's amenities and services. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of the local area will ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist them with their luggage, and direct them to the check-in desk.
  • Show checked-in guests to their rooms, ensure everything is in order, and report any issues to the maintenance department.
  • Explain the features of the room to guests, including air conditioning, audiovisual systems, and equipment.
  • Provide guests with directions, information about the hotel, hotel area, and local tourist attractions.
  • Assist guests with luggage when checking out, store it or carry it to their vehicle.
  • Deliver guest messages, faxes, letters, and parcels to their rooms.
  • Run errands requested by the Front Desk staff.
  • Loading and unloading luggage from/to vehicles.
  • Coordinate traffic in front of the hotel and provide car valet service.
  • Familiarize yourself with health and safety policies.
