Experienced Roofer II

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist II to join our team at IIQAFGROUP Sharjah. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our roofing projects.

• Roof Inspection and Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify areas of damage, wear, and tear, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
• Estimating and Quoting: Provide accurate estimates and quotes to clients for roofing projects, including labor costs and materials required.
• Material Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut roofing materials to ensure a precise fit for vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls.
• Surface Preparation: Smooth out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for new shingles or waterproofing.
• Roof Repair and Replacement: Replace damaged or rotting areas of clients' roofs, ensuring a watertight seal.
• Vapor Barrier and Insulation Installation: Install vapor barriers and insulation to create a more waterproof seal and improve energy efficiency.
• Safety Protocols: Safely set up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as required, and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Project Updates and Reporting: Keep the supervisor informed of job progress and report any issues or concerns related to the project.
• Equipment and Material Transportation: Safely transport all required equipment and materials to job sites.
