About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Legal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to procurement and supply chain management.

You will also provide support for commercial contract matters and collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive and aligned legal strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, common law qualification, and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice. Proven experience in an in-house legal position with a focus on procurement matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Procurement Legal Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts related to procurement and supply chain management.
  • Negotiating contracts with external parties to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Providing support for commercial contract matters and collaborating with other members of the legal team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Adequate experience in an in-house legal position with a focus on procurement matters.
  • Excellent drafting skills with a proven track record of preparing clear, comprehensive, and legally sound contractual documents.
  • Technical experience in legal aspects related to procurement, logistics, and tender processes.
