As an Engineering and Construction Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing Lump Sum Turnkey EPC or EPFI Projects in the range of $100M to $500M.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for all matters pertaining to the project execution in accordance with the contract and project goals.
- Oversee planning and resource allocation throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies and practices.
The successful candidate will be accountable for team performance and responsible for all matters pertaining to the project.
Desired Candidate Profile: Fifteen plus (15+) years relevant industry experience, with a minimum eight (8) years as a PM, Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline, or Construction Management.
The Engineering and Construction Management Lead will also be responsible for developing a Project Execution strategy, Profit Plan, and objectives to ensure efficient implementation, aligned with McDermott Policies.
