As a Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our hospital facilities, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and comfortable for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Accountabilities- To develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving hospital facilities, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- To manage and control costs associated with facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
- To identify and mitigate risks associated with facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Diploma/graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- 5-10 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
