Key Responsibilities

  2. Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, adhering to recipe specifications and portion control guidelines.">
  3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.">
  4. Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to plan and implement menus, ensuring dishes meet the required standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.">
  5. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.">
  6. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.">
  7. Stay up-to-date with new recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to enhance overall performance.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
