Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue management, pricing, and analysis skills. He/She will develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer wholesale and group segments, identify new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders.
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, as well as function space authorizations, restrictions, and rental. He/She will maintain the transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and be responsible for maximizing transient revenue.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify current and potential problems, and propose solutions. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer wholesale and group segments
- Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders
- Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions
- Maintain the transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and be responsible for maximizing transient revenue
