About the Role

1. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires someone who is passionate about education and has excellent communication skills.
2. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, including meeting with prospective parents, explaining admission procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and regulations, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed effectively.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Experience working in an educational setting and knowledge of UAE laws and regulations relating to education would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

1. Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and regulations, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed effectively.
2. Maintain accurate records of all places available at the school, including current enrolment, waiting lists, and vacant seats.
3. Create and send acceptance, waitlist, and deny letters to prospective students and parents.
4. Update the student information system on a daily basis to ensure that up-to-date information is available at all times.

Requirements

1. A graduate degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations relating to education would be highly desirable.
