Role Overview
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to safeguard company assets, minimize losses, and ensure overall protection of profits. This role requires a strong background in asset protection, loss prevention, and security management.
Key Objectives:
- To develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to safeguard company assets, including inventory, equipment, and intellectual property.
- To oversee loss prevention initiatives, including monitoring and reducing theft, fraud, and operational losses.
- To lead the security team in asset and profit protection efforts, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify security gaps and recommend improvements.
- To respond to and investigate incidents related to asset protection and loss prevention, collaborating with law enforcement when necessary and preparing incident reports.
- To work closely with store management, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment with asset protection goals, providing guidance on security measures during special events or high-risk periods.
- To conduct training sessions for employees on asset protection, loss prevention, and security protocols, promoting awareness and adherence to security policies throughout the organization.
- To maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and preventive measures, generating regular reports on asset protection and loss prevention activities.
