- Conduct Thorough Interviews: Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the evaluation and offer process.
- Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Stay Current on UAE Labor Laws: Ensure legal compliance and fairness in hiring.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across various industries and job levels, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
