At Charterhouse Middle East, we are seeking a highly skilled Quant Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting independent research in quantitative finance, focusing on the development of statistical and predictive models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee every phase of the research process, including choosing methodologies, gathering and analyzing data, prototyping models, back-testing, and tracking performance.
  • Assess new datasets to identify potential sources of alpha and develop and deploy models using C++, Python, and Q.
  • Supervise the daily trading operations and ensure the effective implementation of research findings.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential for success in this position.
