Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Manager to join our Risk and Compliance team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risks associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, including the DFSA and DIFC, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular compliance testing and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) activities on new vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the DFSA and other relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
Requirements
  • Approval from the DFSA prior to assuming the role.
  • Residency in Dubai, as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Certifications in Compliance and/or Risk Management, such as ICA, CAMS, FRM, or PRM.
  • Experience in implementing risk and compliance policies, frameworks, and plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
