Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Site Architect: Collaborate with the site architect to perform contractual duties on site, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards.
  2. Verify Quality of Finishes: Inspect the quality of finishes and materials used in the project, verifying that they meet the specified standards and project requirements.
  3. Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Verify that installations of finishes, joineries, doors, windows, hardscaping, facade, walls, ceilings, and tiles comply with approved shop drawings and relevant industry standards.
  4. Inspect Surface Preparations: Examine surface preparations to ensure they are smooth, free from debris, and adequately primed or sealed.
  5. Inspect Materials and Installations: Inspect materials and installations for fire resistance, acoustic performance, and moisture protection.
  6. Manage Snag/Desnag Process: Be familiar with electronic documentation systems and manage the snag/desnag process for architectural work.
  7. Interface with Stakeholders: Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work, to mitigate construction impacts.
  8. Oversee Architectural Work: Oversee and inspect all architectural work, ensuring that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
  9. Coordinate with Contractors: Follow up with contractors and support in coordinating with utility authorities regarding connections whenever required.
