Job Summary

The Associate Director of MIS at OMNIYAT plays a crucial role in overseeing the management information systems (MIS) to support decision-making processes. This position requires collaboration with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and the IT department to ensure timely delivery of information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategy that aligns with OMNIYAT's objectives and supports real estate development operations.
  • Maintaining governance frameworks for consistent and accurate reporting across the organization.
  • Leading efforts to streamline data collection, storage, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversight of integrating various software systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Management of optimizing existing systems and implementation of new tools or upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
  • Evaluation of MIS solutions for scalability and adaptability to future technological advancements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Essential Skills:

Strong experience in implementing and managing ERP, CRM, and BI systems. Proficient in MS Excel.
