Job Description:

Senior Administrator – Content Management

Liaise with external and internal entities to identify key topics for publication on the company portal on a regular basis, gathering relevant information to generate content. Topics include events, promotions, announcements, etc.

The role involves liaising with retailers in JBR to gather information on their activities and promotions that can be uploaded to the portal. Developing content for news articles is also a crucial part of this job.

The successful candidate will create write-ups for identified topics and manage their publication on the portal. They will source relevant images and graphics for publication with articles through photography, graphic designing, and liaison with marketing.

Key events are attended to capture content and images that support content generation. The candidate will also manage the content on the portal (additions/deletions) to ensure it remains up-to-date at all times.

A periodic report is developed on hits/visits, service requests, and value-added services from the portal for management.
