We are seeking an experienced Fashion Buyer to join our dynamic team at Majid Al Futtaim. As a key member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for implementing the buy strategy for assigned brands and building product assortment plans that meet customer needs.

You will analyze market trends, assess product demand, and make data-driven purchasing decisions to drive business growth. Your expertise in negotiations will enable you to secure the best deals with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelors' Degree in Business Management or related field, a qualification in Retail Management, and 3-4 years of experience in Buying and Merchandising roles. A fashion retail background is mandatory for this position.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of retail operations and market trends.
