Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
  2. Assemble and test completions equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others.
  3. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tapes, gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
  4. Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality.
  5. Perform hydrostatic tests on components as necessary.
  6. Ensure proper material handling and maintain company-supplied tooling.
  7. Aid in developing new procedures and improving existing procedures.
  8. Utilize the PIRF System.
  9. Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
  10. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
  11. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  3. Basic computer skills.
  4. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  5. Ability to read assembly layouts and manufacturing prints.
  6. Ability to read a measuring tape, micrometer, and calipers.
  7. Ability to safely operate material handling devices (overhead cranes, forklifts).
  8. Ability to perform all duties of Assembler Cs.
  9. General knowledge of assembly procedures.
  10. Ability to be an effective team member.
