About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DSV Global Transport and Logistics Abu Dhabi E-commerce Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the e-commerce fashion industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promote the partnership between key customers and DSV.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients within these industries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategies to expand the company's footprint in the e-commerce fashion sectors.
