Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer and Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring work is proceeding according to plans and schedules, and monitoring quality and general safety on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is proceeding according to plans and schedules.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and general safety on site.
- Civil Engineering: Prepare and execute civil plans, ensuring they meet approved standards.
- Surveying: Use Total Station for surveying tasks and ensure precise coordinate adjustments.
- AutoCAD Drawings: Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for building coordinates.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with engineers and contractors to ensure high-quality work is completed on time.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in using Total Station and high proficiency in preparing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good knowledge of construction standards and safety practices, and strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Salary: 4000 AED (Non-negotiable).
