Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • 12+ years of experience in project management of luxury villas in a large masterplan community.
  • Previous experience working with a reputable contractor in the UAE and familiarity with local codes and standards.
  • Result-oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results.
  • Takes active ownership of problems and provides timely and result-focused solutions.
  • Outcome-driven with strong communication skills.
