Key Responsibilities:

This role involves managing office operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoicing.
  • Maintaining filing systems and organizing office supplies.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members when necessary.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assisting in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Serving as a liaison between staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Essential Requirements:
  • Emirati nationality.
  • 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
