About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transport Planner to join our team. As a key member of our transportation planning team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of urban mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Planning and Modelling
    • Develop and implement transportation plans and models that meet the needs of our clients and communities.
    • Conduct transportation impact studies and analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Project Management and Coordination
    • Manage complex transportation planning projects from conception to completion.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect and analyze large datasets to inform transportation planning decisions.
    • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Software and Technical Skills
    • Proficient in industry-standard software, including Cube Voyager, PTV Visum, and AutoCAD.
    • Ability to create and manipulate large datasets in MS Excel.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation planning, with a focus on urban mobility.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of transportation planning principles and practices.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and present recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
