We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Lead Specialist to lead our engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing enquiry documentation and Scope of Work, as well as carrying out allocated duties related to the preparation, checking and issue of Engineering deliverables. They should also possess strong planning and organizing skills, as well as influencing and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve engineering processes and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
