Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company safety procedures, and providing guidance to ensure statutory and company guidelines and standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor work execution and provide guidance to ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory guidelines.
  • Study, evaluate, and recommend proposals for plant modification or improvement, including the preparation of scheduling.
  • Review modification requests and comment on them at different stages.
  • Conduct audits to ensure contractor compliance with company safety procedures.
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment availability, and permit requirements to the Operations Department Manager and other relevant personnel.
Requirements
  • Diploma in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a major processing plant.
  • Familiarity with international and UAE refinery industry standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with staff and contractors with a focus on collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and planning skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Leadership and training experience.
  • Knowledge of business applications, including MAXIMO.
  • Good verbal knowledge and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
