  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and UAE law.
  3. Preparing schedules for employee loans, advances, and other deductions by month-end.
  4. Reporting on payroll expenses and monthly provisions for employee annual benefits, EOSB, etc.
  5. Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll.
  6. Supporting the implementation and integration of a new payroll system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in UAE.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
