Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain building floors, walls, and surfaces using various cleaning equipment and solutions.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized janitor's closet.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including but not limited to, cleaning overhead vents, dusting blinds, and polishing wood furniture.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use.
  • Operate vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work.
  • May be expected to make basic repairs.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
