  2. Assist guests in making long-distance calls by providing instructions and/or placing calls on their behalf.
  3. Respond to customers' questions regarding the hotel, facilities, and local events.
  4. Take and deliver accurate and complete messages.
  5. Execute wake-up calls efficiently, ensuring guests are awakened as requested.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in guest relations is beneficial but not essential.
  2. A proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
  3. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  4. Ability to find innovative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  5. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
