Job Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Risk Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Middle Office Treasury and large-scale Treasury Transformation projects. He/She should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as hands-on experience with Market Risk, Collateral, and Limit Management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting business requirement analysis and assessing the feasibility of upgrades. He/She will also support the design, development, and implementation of customer-facing solutions. In addition, he/she will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and change management teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Conducting business requirement analysis and assessing the feasibility of upgrades
  2. Supporting the design, development, and implementation of customer-facing solutions
  3. Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and change management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with 5-7 years specifically in Risk Business Analysis
  • Proven expertise in Middle Office Treasury functions
  • Hands-on experience with Market Risk, Collateral, and Limit Management
  • Knowledge of Murex, T24, or FinMechanics is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Treasury financial products
  • Experience in UAT execution & workflow platforms (QC, Azure, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PSQL or similar query languages
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Seniority Level:
This role is suitable for an Associate level candidate.
