Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and meet business needs.

  • Supplier Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal agreements.
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Procurement Planning
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and forecast future procurement requirements.

  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.

  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Assess and manage risks associated with procurement activities.
  • Deliveries
    • Coordinate with concerned departments for goods/services delivery.
  • Reporting
    • Produce and maintain all purchasing reports and prepare relevant presentations for the management as directed by LM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Experience

5+ years of experience in the UAE in the same area.
