Job Summary:
- A sales leader with a high level of leadership in MICE, Groups & Waterpark/Entertainment.
- Oversees all revenue generation for Aquaventure, Lost Chambers & Dolphin Bay and Group Sales.
- Ownership of development of annual strategic sales & marketing plans (in conjunction with other areas) for each segment to support the departmental and revenue goals.
- Proactively drive sales activity to support both segments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for comprehensive leadership, planning, guest service, strategic sales, and financial performance of the Group Sales & Events Sales Team and Marine and Water Park Sales Team.
- Manages all sales activities including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, and sales team for Group Sales, Aquaventure, Lost Chambers and Dolphin Bay.
- Leads by example and sets high standards for sales performance.
About You:
- A skilled strategic planner with a high level of leadership experience.
- Strong managerial leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to perform beyond expectations.
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability to coach selling techniques to Team Members.
- A strong analytical mind to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
