About the Role

Talentspoc is seeking a skilled Pulmonologist to join our team. As a Pulmonologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with cardiopulmonary diseases and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Consult with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns, and diagnose conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.
  • Treatment and Care: Treat patients using various exams and tests, including CT scans, chest fluoroscopies, ultrasounds, and bronchoscopies, and provide immunizations against preventable cardiopulmonary diseases.
  • Procedure and Testing: Perform specialized procedures to acquire samples of the chest wall lining or lungs for further analysis, and conduct research into new medications and methods of treatment.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons to refer patients and advise on risk status, and provide support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Possess a medical degree and relevant experience in pulmonology.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate strong communication and diagnostic skills, and be proficient in using various exams and tests.
