Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical team, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
  2. Assign tasks and monitor performance, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards.
  3. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and industry best practices.
  5. Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues encountered.
  7. Document changes and updates to electrical systems and processes.

Requirements:

  1. 3-year diploma in electrical engineering (Certificate shall be attested in UAE).
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Relevant electrical licenses and certifications (e.g., SEWA Electrical Supervisor or Assistant Engr Electrical) preferred.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent problem-solving abilities; thorough knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  5. Proficient with electrical testing and diagnostic tools; familiarity with relevant software for project management and documentation.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
