**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our Technical Operations team at فرح اكسبيرينسيز. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and equipment.

  • **Preventative Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance of our lighting, audio, and video systems.
  • **Corrective Maintenance:** Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • **System Setup and Operation:** Configure and operate audio, lighting, and video systems to meet the requirements of our events and productions.
  • **Cleaning and Housekeeping:** Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance tasks on audio, lighting, and video equipment, including the replacement of lamps and other consumable items.
  • **Procedures and Protocols:** Follow established procedures and protocols for start-up and shut-down of equipment, as well as for reporting and troubleshooting equipment faults.
  • **Documentation and Record-Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and other activities.
  • **Training and Development:** Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products offered by our Technical Operations department, and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Test and label various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • **Rack Assembly and Installation:** Assemble and install equipment racks and other technical systems to meet the requirements of our events and productions.
  • **System Testing and Handover:** Conduct thorough testing of individual attraction systems before handing them over to the Operations department to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.

**Requirements:**

  • **Technical Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and video systems, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • **Attention to Detail:** High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough completion of tasks and activities.
  • **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
