Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and manage the restaurant's online presence, including website optimization, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.

  2. Manage the production of creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and copywriting, to support digital marketing initiatives.

  3. Analyze website performance, user behavior, and source of referrals to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

  4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business initiatives, including project ownership and revenue growth strategies.

  5. Prepare monthly reports for the management team, highlighting key metrics and insights from digital marketing efforts.

Requirements :

  1. A minimum of 3 years experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  2. Strong interest in online media and digital innovations, with a focus on analytics and data-driven decision making.

  3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Google Analytics is required.

  4. Hospitality operations and/or revenue management experience are desirable.

  5. Impeccable follow-through and time-management skills, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
