Fraud Investigation and Prevention Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Investigation and Prevention Manager to join our team at Magnati. As a key member of our Fraud Control Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the VP & Head of FCRM in managing the Cards & Merchants Fraud Risks Management Programs.
Key Responsibilities- Investigation and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations and reporting of all cards & merchants related incidents within the unit, including Prepaid Cards Fraud, Merchants Fraud, and Card Fraud incidents with losses up to AED 250K.
- Risk Management: Support the VP & Head of FCRM in development, implementation, management, and maintenance of the necessary Fraud Risks Policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with the Group Fraud Risk guidelines.
- Strategic Rules Review: Conduct bi-annual strategic rules review for Cards & Merchant Fraud monitoring tools.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with Relationship manager, Payment service provider, and other relevant stakeholders to complete investigation of merchant related fraud incidents.
- Compliance and Governance: Handle compliance related incidents from card schemes such as EFM, ECM, VFMP, VAMP, GBPP & BRAM etc. from Visa & MasterCard in coordination with Acquiring Business Team, PSP, Issuing & Acquiring Fraud Monitoring Team.
- Performance Monitoring: Share monthly performance presentation with Head Fraud Control Unit and maintain daily and monthly MIS related to card & Merchant fraud investigation.
- Education: University Graduate.
- Experience: At least 5+ years' experience of Risk and fraud related activities in a Card Centre.
- Skills: Good English communication skills (Spoken & Written), knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage, knowledge of Visa & MasterCard Rules and Regulations, good analytical skills, self-correspondence ability, good telephone manners, and proficient in PC skills such as Word & Excel.
