Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Senior Application Solutions Specialist to join our presales team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in application services, BPM, low code no code, AI, and middleware technologies. This role involves collaborating with clients to identify business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation through proactive pitching of digital offerings and solutions/use cases.
  • Lead large opportunity management, including managing client RFI/RFP's, bid coordination, qualification, technical discussions, design right-fit solutions, and developing compelling technical solutions, proposals, and presentations.
  • Presentation skills: Create and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and POCs to clients.
  • Business Requirement Understanding & Proposal writing: Document client requirements in high-level Scope of Work (SoW) documents for delivery estimations and proposal scope definition.
  • Technology Knowledge: Develop solutions leveraging application development, BPM, AI, and relevant technologies based on client requirements.
  • Delivery Acumen: Collaborate with delivery teams on planning large-scale programs at a presales stage.
  • Domain Knowledge: Consult with clients to drive future growth prospects by continuously improving knowledge of their industry domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in application services, BPM, low code no code, AI, middleware, or relevant technologies.
  • Ability to effectively document requirements, solutions, and create Scope of Work for Delivery validation.
  • Understanding of client industries in terms of digitalization.
  • Prior technical experience with software development and SDLC processes.
  • Knowledge of agile, iterative, and waterfall delivery models.
