About the Role:

The NFT Talent Web Design team is seeking a skilled Blockchain UI/UX Designer to join our pioneering company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating websites tailored to the unique needs of NFT projects while providing expertise in blockchain development for businesses seeking to integrate this transformative technology into their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, personas, user flows, and journey mapping.
• Experience in designing for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Expertise in designing interactive elements (e.g., buttons, forms, animations) and defining the flow and feedback of user interactions.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and spacing to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.

Blockchain-Specific Skills:
• Knowledge of the unique challenges of onboarding users into blockchain applications (e.g., wallet setup, transaction signing, private key management) and designing experiences that simplify these processes.
• Familiarity with designing user-friendly interfaces for managing wallets, private keys, and seed phrases while considering user security and privacy.
• Understanding of blockchain transaction flows (e.g., gas fees, transaction confirmations) and designing clear and transparent UI to manage user expectations.
• Experience designing interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps), including handling interactions with smart contracts and blockchain data in a seamless way for users.
• Token economy design experience, including designing user interfaces for token interactions (e.g., managing token balances, trading, staking, and governance participation).
• Awareness of security considerations in blockchain UI, such as preventing phishing, safe wallet integration, and educating users on security risks.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in designing for various screen sizes and devices.
• Expertise in designing interactive elements and defining the flow and feedback of user interactions.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge (optional but beneficial).
• Ability to work closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in conducting user research interviews and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Experience with A/B testing and using analytics to validate design choices and optimize user experiences.
• Strong ability to communicate design ideas, justify design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify complex blockchain processes and make them more accessible to users through intuitive design.
• Deep empathy for users, particularly those unfamiliar with blockchain, and a desire to create frictionless user experiences.
