Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to drive financial growth and margin.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient product planning, buying, and merchandising cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the diamond jewellery business and consumer preferences in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the long-term product strategy and roadmap for buying and merchandising, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Work closely with the buying team to optimize product assortment, seasonal trends, inventory levels, and pricing to ensure a balanced and profitable product offering.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve sales performance, inventory turns, and profitability.
  • Partner with merchandising, buying, supply chain, and operations teams to create efficient processes and systems for product lifecycle management.
  • Continuously refine product offerings to align with customer preferences, market demand, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, buying, merchandising, or retail/e-commerce operations, with at least 2-3 years in the jewellery industry with a focus on the Arab market.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products from concept to execution.
