We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our team in Beijing. As a key member of our Sectors, Themes, and Finance Solutions Department, you will be responsible for conducting sector and market analysis, providing timely and high-quality information on key infrastructure sectors, and supporting the development of investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sector and market analysis, including identifying new sources of data and developing innovative methods for analyzing complex information.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop operational guidelines and instrumental documents, leveraging expertise from across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in infrastructure sectors.
- Communicate complex ideas and findings to senior management and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or equivalent in economics, engineering, planning, management, or a related field, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical and analytical skills, experience in operations or project management, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Additionally, a team player with strong communication abilities and ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
