Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence to drive engagement and revenue, delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service within our boutique.

Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Growth: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Luxury Retail Performance: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, providing personalized service and sales support to clients visiting the boutique.
  3. Digital Content Development: Create engaging content, including video, images, and ad copy, leveraging AI tools and designers.
  4. Business Insights: Monitor engagement, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in luxury retail sales and/or social media management within the high-end jewelry, watch, or fashion industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in social media analytics, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
