Job Title: MEP Technician

We are seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician to take on key responsibilities in our team. As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including inspections, repairs, and installations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical: Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems. Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings. Install new mechanical equipment such as air handlers, chillers, and boilers.
  • Civil and Architectural Works: Installation of architectural interiors such as furniture, TV, ceiling works (gypsum), lighting fixtures, etc.
  • Electrical: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, and wiring. Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and lighting systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fuses, circuit breakers, and electrical connections. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty wiring or overloaded circuits. Install new electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches. Test electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Plumbing: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters and other plumbing equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water pressure, inspecting for leaks, and cleaning drains. Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fixtures. Install new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets. Test plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
