  • Assess and evaluate proposals, providing recommendations for contract awards.

  • Manage the processing of purchase orders and oversee supplier deliveries.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers to guarantee the procurement of high-quality goods and services, timely delivery, and reliable service at competitive prices.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and assess product availability.
  • Compile and prepare detailed reports and analyses to highlight progress, identify adverse trends, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in developing dashboards would be considered an advantage.

Specific Duties:

  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with corporate governance standards.
  • Address and resolve issues related to procurement processes, logistics, and tenders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procurement activities and tenders.
  • Facilitate vendor registration processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective channels for potential suppliers.
  • Manage and oversee all legal documentation required for vendor registration, including NDAs, trade licenses, and profiles.
  • Conduct pre-qualification assessments for all vendors.
