Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data architecture specialist to join our team at Daman - National Health Insurance Company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing data architectures that support business intelligence, analytics, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in data modeling and/or integration. They will be proficient in using data modeling techniques for large data stores, relational and multi-dimensional databases, and have worked with business and IT personnel on data-related issues.

In this role, you will work closely with the Information Architect to ensure optimal integration of new data sources and design architectures and methodologies required for schema development, data quality, and ETL processing. You will also collaborate with the Intelligence Administrator to execute out-of-model data extractions and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data architectures that support business intelligence, analytics, and decision-making
  • Collaborating with the Information Architect to ensure optimal integration of new data sources
  • Designing architectures and methodologies required for schema development, data quality, and ETL processing
  • Executing out-of-model data extractions and integrations
  • Actively planning and undertaking actions that enhance the connection of Intelligence with business units

You will be responsible for enabling and supporting Intelligence services, such as intelligence refresh, analysis, advice, research, coaching, committees, performance intelligence, and health economics intelligence. Additionally, you will administer a consistent standard Data Dictionary and propose data quality tasks for the Data Quality Auditor.
