About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial planning activities, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts. They will also oversee financial and accounting controls, ensure adherence to project company policies, and administer hiring and purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors, including quarterly project cost and source of finance analysis.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks, including insurance policies and compliance with project documents and governmental regulations.
  • Financial Control: Maintain financial and accounting controls, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with project company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, management, and project team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
