About the Role:
As an Urban Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading expert knowledge of airport/urban/environmental planning practices and procedures. You will have a strong background in Master Planning and other related planning studies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement urban planning and design standards, circulars and recommended practices.
  • Use AutoCAD, GIS and/or other urban planning, design and/or simulation applications.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance with national laws.
  • Communicate complex ideas through presentations and reports.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor or Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Planning, Architecture or Civil Engineering, or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Urban Planning and Project Management experience.
  2. Proven experience in Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities, such as the Department of Municipalities and Transport rules and guidelines.
