Main Responsibilities
  • Monthly analysis of store performance, including sales density and rent-to-sales ratio.
  • Development of store profitability and analysis to inform decision-making and lease renewals.
  • Compilation of new store performance trends and reports for review by senior management.
  • Creation of investment appraisal reports for new store and outlet opportunities using IRR, NPV, and payback analysis.
  • Development of saving trackers based on strategic decisions made by management to reduce costs from property initiatives.
  • Development of budgets and forecasts in line with store development schedules and expansion plans.
  • Publication of monthly Property Updates for MIS and ECM board meetings.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of relevant data, including store masters, lease details, and approved capital expenditures.
