We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team at Sterling Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional recruitment strategy, driving student acquisition and growth, and collaborating with our Senior Recruitment Manager and Regional Director to achieve company objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a regional revenue growth strategy across channels, products, and sub-regions to support Sterling Partners' growth goals
• Managing regional budget planning and execution, including target setting, T&E, scholarships/discounts, marketing, channel partner incentives, etc.
• Maintaining high levels of competitor awareness, product knowledge, and market intelligence
• Growing coverage and appointment/management of channel partners in new cities/countries across the region to achieve enrollment goals

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
