About the Role:

Virtusa is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Application Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud foundations and landing zones in AWS for Gen AI and ML projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish secure network connectivity between on-prem and AWS (Direct Connect or VPN).
  2. Design and implement DevOps tools, ML OPS tools, AI OPS tools, LLMOps, DataOps tools in AWS.
  3. Coordinate with Gen AI and ML teams to design and deploy the necessary AWS services securely.
  4. Setup Network connectivity between on-prem and AWS (Direct Connect or VPN).
  5. Establish Secure network connectivity with Azure for Data migration to AWS.
  6. Host and run workshops with customers to understand requirements and advise on landing zone, Account and OU structure.
  7. Design and Implement hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architecture as the customer already has Azure landing zone and workloads running in Azure.

Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of IT experience of which 8+ years of experience in AWS and Azure.
  2. Experienced in design and implement of landing zone, secured cloud foundation in AWS as per well architected framework.
  3. Preferred to have AWS Solution Architect Professional certification.
  4. Expertise with AWS Control tower and landing zone implementation.
  5. Experience of working in a BFS customer is preferred.
  6. Familiarity with Gen AI and ML tools in AWS.
  7. Experience in IaC (CloudFormation or Terraform).
  8. Experience in the AWS Services listed in Roles and Responsibilities.
